Default tv tuner for my laptop

I want to get an external t.v. tuner for my laptop. I found 2 that i like. One is cheaper than the other and they seem to have nearly the same specs. I just want a second opinion. Which one should i get?

I personally like the first one. It has a built in radio that you can record off of too.
