Tv Tuner Help

So I am looking at
Compro VideoMate S350 PCI Digital Satellite TV Tuner Card

for my computer I am going to build. I have sky and my question is how I connectit to my dish or sky box

Connecting a satellite tuner card to a dish is dead easy, you just get the equivalent cable and connect it to the socket on the wall - you can then get services like freesat (in the UK) or similar.

For sky though I think you'd have to use an analogue capture card and an IR blaster - it's really not the nicest of setups but I don't know of any TV tuner card that can decrypt the sky channels directly.
