Default TV Tuner card users help me!

okay
i cant get all of the channels that i should with my ATI TV Wonder
should i move my coax cable to the analog side and see if that works?
or do i have to wait until it all goes digital?
thanks for your help

All (or most) stations broadcast on digital subchannels. If you don't seem to get all you think you should I can suggest you try two things:

1. Go to antennaweb.org and find out where your TV antennas broadcast from, then get a decent antenna and point it toward them or at least some compromise in-between. Remember to point the "open" end of the antenna, not the "pointed" end.

2. If you are using Vista Media Center you can follow the setup instructions and then manually enter the digital channels i.e. 5.1, 5.2, etc.

i have cable
so i just hooked it up to the card
and im missing alot of the TV stations that i watch on the tube
which is why i asked

IIRC, there are some tuner cards that are not compatible with some cable services.

I do not have cable so beyond advising to follow the mfg. setup instructions, I'm sorry I can't help you.
