Default TV Tuner Card

Im in the market for a TV tuner Card. But, there is so many out there, which one do I pick? This is what im looking for.

1.HDTV
2.Dual Tuner (watch on one, record on the other)
3.Able to burn (Mpeg encoder?)
4.Remote control (Unless Media Center OS Remote can be used?)
5. Anything else your guys would/should recommend.

Any help would be great. Has to be PCI or PCI-E 1x

What's your price range? Here's one recommendation. FYI, the best companies for TV tuners are Happauge and ATI.

I really don't have a price range. Not something outrageous, like 300 or 400$$. Is that ATI a dual tuner, though?

Yes, look on the picture - it has two input slots for the cable.
