TV Tuner antenna

So, I have a PCI-E x1 TV tuner that has an antenna for FM radio, and I was wondering if I could somehow use this antenna for something other than FM radio. I was thinking along the lines of a police scanner type utility, like WinRadio.

Most police, fire, and other public utilities have gone to 800mhz trunk systems. Unless you have some real sophisticated hardware you won't pick them up.
