Question Turn on-off monitor with software?

I know it's possible to have a PC automatically turn off the monitor after X amount of minutes, but is there a program where I can just click a button that shuts it off for me and then I just move my mouse/keyboard to turn it back on again?

Thanks

you can always just push your monitors power button to turn it off.
