trying to delete program

some how i got a gaming program on my computer and now features of it pop up all the time. i have tried to delete it but can't. i have gone to add/remove programs, it is there but when i highlight it it will not remove. if anyone has a suggestion i would appreciate it.

manula delete. delete all files and registry files. Make sure you make a backup of the registry first though and only go in there and delete if you know what you are doing.

do you know where the program is located on your hard drive?
