i would go with a sound card because it gives you a couple of FPS if you are a gamer. All my friends use a sound card even though they have integrated, they prefer the card over onboard.
but if you have a tight budget, then take off the sound card, if not, then its a good add-on.
I would recommend getting a better PSU than one that comes with the case, the ones that comes with the case are usually the cheapest ones and will die out fast.
go with the case you want, and get a better quality PSU thats made by like Antec, OCZ, FPS, Silverstone, Corsair.
the motherboard would come with one IDE, and like 2 Sata cables, but ti could be different depending on which one, you should look at the box content to see if it comes with what you need.
