TrueCrypt 7 pass vs. 35 pass

When encrypting my hard drive is there that much of a difference between these two options? Would someone like the FBI hypothetically be able to crack a 7 pass encryption but not a 35 pass encryption or does either work well to prevent anyone from breaking the encryption?

(The password I used is over fifty characters, symbols, and numbers long)

Also with the 7 pass encryption how long would it take someone to crack it?
