Troubling Computer Problem

So heres the scoop,

I was called in to work on a computer that was shutting when they would print, copy, receive fax, and send faxes. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it and updated the drivers. That didn't work.

I'm really unsure of what to do. Maybe a USB issue or a hardware issue. Not to sure.

The fax combo is from company called Brother.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean shutting down? LIke is there any bluescreens? or it just shuts off?

does it shut off like the windows way or does it instantly shut off

It completely shuts off, as if there was a power failure.

thats strange . im not sure what could be causing that
