My cousin has been having trouble connecting to wifi internet with his new(ish) Sony laptop running on Windows 7. It connects to the wireless router (Linksys) but it says "no internet access." I'm typing this from my laptop and I'm not sure what the deal is with his laptop. He's tried this at several other sites with wifi and he's having the exact same problem. Any thoughts?
