Default Trojan Pop Up

i keep getting this message when i go on the internet and go to a new website. it pops up everytime i press enter

Your pc is infected by malware - Trojan.win32cp4000
Its dangerous for your system (critical files can be lost)!

Click ok to download antispyware program to clean your system! (recommended)

Sounds like you have a some malware lurking on your comp. Try downloading and running Ad-Aware 2007 Free and Spybot - Search & Destroy. They should take care of that little nasty.

Spyware Doctor got rid of it when I had it.

You get alot of those annoying pop ups saying you have a virus or spyware just to get you to download there product, try downloading a free pop up blocker or Peerguardian to prevent these ads, run an antyspware program for your own piece of mind, delete all tempory cookies everytime you finnish online, use Ccleaner everyday,

ok ive tried almost eveyrthing u guys told me to try and i still get pop ups. i dont know if im doing something rong or watever can sumone help

i alrdy tried adaware i do the scan, fix the problems, restart and i still have the virus. ill try it once more.
