I have two 80GB drives and it works fine. I would recommend going with two 80GB drives (I do that for everyone, as bigger drives have the tendency of getting corrupted easier.. now that's from personal experience). 80GB hard-drives have always been great for me.
Also you can't tell the difference between UATA/133 and SATA/150. Windows is limited to either 66 or 100.. I can't quite recall which.
