Is this too much for my PSU to handle?

120GB Maxtor HDD
60GB Maxtor HDD
LG DVD Burner
52X Afreey CD drive
4 system fans (2 in front, 1 in back, 1 in middle)
Front Light
1GB RAM

All this powered by:
Enermax 400W 20/24-pin compatible ATX Professional PSU
