Default Tiny Beast XP and UltraVNC

Hi, probaly alot of you havn't heard of tiny beast xp. It's basically windows xp stripped to the bone with the essential services... it's fast!
The problem i face is that i cant seem to use UltraVNC. When i install the program, at the very last bit when it says it's starting UltraVNC service a message pops up saying

Unable to execute file:

CreateProcess; code 2
The system cannot find the file specified.

I just click ok and finish it. It appears everything is installed. The menu icons, i can change the settings, I can even use the pc to view other computers with VNC running.

NOw when i go from my main pc and try to VNC view the pc with tiny beast on it, it cannot connect to it.

I guess some system file(s) that VNC server uses it missing... and idea which one(s)?

Yeah I used that program before. It is really fast. It was to bare for me though. Maybe you should try a different one. Might be corrupted or something.
