Default Thoughts on this computer

In a nut shell for what I am looking for:

Want to buy a computer tomorrow that will be usable at the time of purchase.

Looking to play Minecraft, Guild Wars 2, League of Legends, among other games.
Looking to possibly record game footage as well as webcam footage all at the same time.

Looking for a computer with some upgrade potential.

Would this build be good for the price for what I want to do with it?

Overclockable Gaming Quad Core 2.6 GHz, GTX 550 Ti, 500GB HD, Win 7

That machine is built on an old platform which has no real upgrade path.

Are you open to building a rig?
