Those of you with wireless LAN cards (Netgear!)

I use a Netgear wireless LAN card. I constantly get BSOD with the name of the "wireless assistant" dll. (wg311t131)

Is there any way to make the card work without the software? I tried everything to get the card to work without the software uninstalled, but no use.

I read about people getting their cards to work without the software, but they have Windows XP2 or something... I'm not even sure what XP version I have.. but I can't get my card to work without the software

Anyone know how I can get my card to work without Netgear crapware?

Do this

Click start > run > type "winver" and than press enter > Tell us second text line

The second line should be like "Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 : Service pack 2)
