The laptop is running good, I finally got most everything tweaked out the way I like it and I'm getting to know Vista.
Well the battery life is decent for the high performance setup that I have it on (screen doesn't dim when you are running on battery). I have the screen set to turn off after 10 mins and the hd shuts off after 20. It helps that I upgraded to the high capacity battery though. I haven't kept track yet of how long the battery takes to go down when I'm using it, but I did notice that it goes down about 1% every 1 1/2 - 2 min (give or take), so I'm estimating 150-200 minutes of use on a high performance setting. Of course depending on how much you are accessing the hard drive and how much the fan is on and such. Of course when everything shuts off it just sips battery power. I'm estimating it'll sit there all day sleeping (closing the lid).
I'll be doing a full review in a few days or a week here once I have some time to use it and get to know it real good.
