Post ThinkPad T22 fn keys

I just fired up my old TP T22 and am using it as a MagicJack server. But it has come to my attention that when I use the keyboard keys to type in information, it is the fn 10key function that is enabled. So using the m,j,k,l,u,i,o, give numbers instead of letters.

I could sure use some help here, as I can't figure how to switch them back.

Press the Fn-F10 again? normally what turns it on can turn it off, too.
