Sweet...although have you ever opened up a laptop to upgrade the internal components?? I wouldn't do it if you've never done it before. I had to replace the motherboard in a laptop once, got very messy and I almost couldn't get it back together. To get to the CPU, you have to take everything else out. It's a real pain.

Also, any reason you're getting the 32 bit version of Vista? Might as well get the 64 bit.

thought core2duo was 32bit O_O.... and my laptop is very convineant there is a seperate compartment (a little door) wtih one screw u just open and bam ur at the processor and same goes for the hard drive and memory =)

Cool, that's nice. I had to completely disassemble an IBM Thinkpad, I almost destroyed the entire thing in the process.

Nice laptop BTW. Any video card or just integrated?

Just integrated 128mb but that brings me to a second question if i add more ram or memory will that increase my video memory? because my video memeory is taken up a percent of my real memory
