I say PC 1. If you can just put in the drive and RAM on it, PC 1 takes it all. But without that, PC1 still.

pentium D isnt much of a dual core. PC 2 def.

Number two would definitely get my vote. Not a huge fan of Vista, although I have it on my laptop. The hardware configuration looks really good though.
