Yep they all look compatible to me .
My only suggestion is to upgrade the ram to 800mhz ram rather than 667 mhz .also where is your graphics card

Ya everything looks good. But as they said you should go with 800Mhz ram. Also check out Asus's website and be sure that memory is on the Qualified Memory List. Some of the Asus boards can be picky about ram.
