Default Are these parts compatible?

Hey - I am trying to make my PC Future Proof - So i have made a list of components i need to update:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 160GB
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+
Gigabyte GA_M55_S3G Plus
GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Are they all compatible?

Thanks Very Much! (Also - Am i getting the best value for money parts?)
