Question Are these parts all compatable wit each other?

Looks good. I'm assuming you're buying the power supply for the looks, but you really don't need anywhere near that much power. 400-450 watts would be more than enough.

Also, I'd get a 7600GT. If you do mail in rebates, it's only a $2 difference for a huge performance increase:

yes get the 7600gt no doubt and IMO you should get this PSU you can always paint PSU's just make sure you use the right paint. i belive car paint works the best but look at tutorials before you try it.

much better brand good watts and amps. you can also upgrade to a pci e card that needs a pci e power connector and even sli pci e cards

EDIT:
get the 3600 brisbane it is a couple bucks cheaper cooler than the windsor core and you can easily OC to that speed and even beyond that. look at my sig i got that cpu up to 2.7. dont expect those results though with the stock cooler. but you could easily get it up to 2.4 EASY!
