Because one is an oem and it is 3 dollars more. Why is an oem more than a retail of the same kind. PLEASE HURRY I AM ORDERING AT 6 PM EST TONIGHT!

oem should be cheaper!

typically oem doesnt come in a (good) box, without manuals or freebie software or anything like that. and often without cables it requires

go with retail

Weird, they both have the same specs. I'd go for the cheaper one I guess.
