Default Which of these Barebones kits should I buy?

I'm trying to get the best Barebones kit I can for the cheapest price. I can't go over $400 (After Rebate) and $350-$399 is unsure for me. I'm going to link The Barebones Kits I think are good for it's price. All I'm wanting to know is, which is the best, or which is the best for its' price. (If you answer with usefulness you have my deep gratitude =)
(Also, a video card isn't a very big deal to me because I'm going to use my Galaxy GT 440 for the kit. )

Here's the list of Barebones kits I have in mind:

BIOSTAR A780L3B AMD 780L Socket AM3 Motherboard and AMD Athlon II X4 640 Quad Core Processor and Thermaltake CL-P0503 70mm CPU Cooler and LG Internal 24X DVD Writer in Black and ADATA Premier S Bundle at TigerDirect.com

BIOSTAR A780L3G DiabloTek Barebones Kit - BIOSTAR A780L3G Board, AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE, CPU Cooler, ADATA 4GB DDR3 RAM, Seagate 500GB HDD, 24x DVDRW, DiabloTek Mid Tower Case, DiabloTek 400-Watt PSU at TigerDirect.com

MSI AMD Series Motherboard and AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.70GHz AM3 Processor and LG 24X SATA DVDRW Drive and ADATA Premier Srs 4GB DDR3 Desktop Memory Module and Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM Barracudd kit at TigerDirect.com

BIOSTAR A780L3G AMD 780L Socket AM3 Motherboard and AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz Quad-Core BE CPU OEM and Thermaltake TR2-R1 Socket AM2/939/754 CPU Cooler and Lite-On Internal 24X DVD Writer and Bundle at TigerDirect.com

MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AMD Socket AM3+ Motherboard and AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz Quad-Core BE CPU OEM and Sony Optiarc AD7280S-OB 24x DVDRW Drive and Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 XMS3 4GB DDR3 RAM a Bundle at TigerDirect.com

Also, if you find something better for the price under $350, I would be extremely appreciative if you were to post it =)

I would go with the last one. It will give you a better foundation for upgrading.
