are these any good?

I don't think that it would make that much of a difference..

They do actual make a big difference (I would get a dual fan one tho) they blow the hot air out almost as fast as the PSU and they are really quite. My PSU fan goes at tops like 5500rpm and that system blower goes at 4500rpm and my 80mm fan goes at like 1200rpm. So yes it does make a big difference.

They work very well. Most of them moves warm air out. That's why they're called exhaust blowers. I have one in every single one of my systems. I can't have a PC without one.

ya but that one not only blows hot air out but it circulates in moving the hot air from you vid card to some less important like your 56k modem.
