Default Thermaltake Lite Power 700w

I'm looking at this power supply, its really cheap, as in REALLY cheap for a 700w PSU. So I'm wondering why. Is this any different to other PSU's? For instance the Thermaltake TR2 RX 550W PSU costs NZ$50 more. So what's the difference?

Check the efficiency and the amps on the 12V rail.
