Default Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme with 120mm fan

Do I need anything special to mount the fan on the heatsink? Is there a spot to just add it or do I need fan clips or something?

Yes you need to add some thermal paste like Artic Silver5, or some sort if the cpu cooler didn't come with it. Here some good instructions depending on what processor you have. http://www.arcticsilver.com/arctic_s...structions.htm

Just go to the Intel Quad Core section

The cooler come with the fan attachment brackets, but you will need to buy some more if you want to use two 120mm fans.
