Default thermal paste, and cpu fan

how often should you, re paste you thermalpaste for the cpu fan? i never did ONCE on my computer, and i think it was fine, but what do you guys think?

mm if you are doing any kind of overclocking it should be done often. I literally fried the thermal paste on my 6800 since somehow the temps got to 120 celcius.

like airiox said, if your oc' ing you should do it often. or if you take the heatsink off the cpu then you should reapply

never heard that before i have always left it as it is . lol whoops . i would think if you did it something like once every 1 or 2 months

So sheould it be reapplied with regular usage? I know I did mine recently because I upgraded the processor, but it can be such a pain to get those darn heatsink's off!

mine runs at such a high temp. 55 - 70
