Yould have to do alot of manual configuring and if you dont know what your doing you could end up making your computer look like shit

I recommend either upgrading (even though xp is such a poorly made OS) if you want the theme or getting a linux distro

Playing around with the registry for windows ME is not a thing to do.... IT is a very unstable OS and almost all the tweaks used on it end up making it crash..
I strongle recommend that you not do this .

Mac, some Linux and Solaris join Xp as the top Os's, but Xp is the most compatible of these multiple processor capable Os's...

EDIT: Mac is a Cad and Photoshop machine, Linux and Solaris are Workhorses, but for that: work.
The only stable System left for all around work and play is Xp, better if you can afford Pro...
