Default Are there Transmitters that stream FM radio into PC's

I need a device to pick up FM radio and play it through my computer. I want to be able to record using Audacity and save MP3's of my favorite programs and can't think of any other way to do this. I realize I could just run a stereo to stereo cable from a small radio but I was looking for something that I could use with my laptop so it needs to be portable. Also, does anyone know of an audio program that lets you shift FM frequencies through your computer? If they can do this with mini MP3 devices surely there must be something for a computer. thanks in advance

You might need to have a video card though in your computer that recieves both kinds of signals.
