Default Is there a difference between these 2 video cards?

I'm planning on buying a Radeon X1950 Pro, but there is this one for $179.99- http://tinyurl.com/3cpbqy

And then there's this one for $224.99- http://tinyurl.com/youp2w

I'm trying to get the best AGP card available to me. (You might remember me from the other topic lol )

HIS iTURBO easy to use interface provides a flexibility way for users to adjust the VPU clock, memory clock and fan speed, with the features of VPU temperature and fan speed monitoring.
EDIT: and the second one has a little bit of a higher core clock and mem clock.

Oh...well I don't need to adjust all that or anything right? So the first one is the better buy?
