Default is there a difference between these?

these are two products at newegg.com relating to MCE i was wondering why the price difference is so drastic. is one of them not the full version or something?

No, the $130 oine is 1 Cd

The $300 one has 3 CD

so the $130 one is exactly the same as the $300 but with just 1 CD?

ohhh i think i get it now. the 3 pack one is the same thing except x3, so u can install it on more than one computer, right?

i also have one more question that would be great if anwered. if i were to get MCE 2005, is there any video cards that support that OS? cuz over at newegg i noticed that all of the vid cards say that they only support windows 2000 and xp. are there any video cards that do support it or am i better just to stick w/ xp?
