Default Is there any way to overclock my MS7145 motherboard?

The thread says it all. I have a ms 7145 MB that came with my emachines w3400. It's been a great computer and I have had no gripes about it thus far until I found out there was no overclocking options on the MB. I've searched google like crazy and no rememdies have showed up to this problem other than getting a new MB. I did see one post from this website and decided to join. The post stated something about flashing the bios but what would that help? Would I have to flash to a bios simular to the ms7145 that has some sort of OC abilities? I'm not that new to computing but I've never OCed a processor and I would like to get the most out of my AMD 64 3000+ instead of going and buying a new processor which the max my MB supports is 3700+. There is no dual core support on the board but I'm making with what I have. My hardware is listed as follows...... AMD 64 3000+, Ati 1900 GT 256MB, 2 GBs ram DDR 400
