Are There ANy Programs Out There to Get Ringtones on Your Phone Free?

I have a Motorola phone and I want to make my own ringtowns using my own songs. I was wondering if there are any free programs out there that allow me to do this.

you can do this with a cable connected to the pc, with most phones now

It differs between phone to phone. My phone has a cable that you have to buy, and then a program you have to buy (I donwloaded the trial).

Ya the program is called Motorola phone tools. Its a pretty decent program. You can cut out sections of the song you want to play plus organize your photo's and video. I got the cable and software bundled for around $40 bucks. Also a great tool if you want to download games and other stuff to your phone.
