Hi..
There are no good or bad Temporary files. Temporary files formed when you start any program and automatically store in hard disk of your laptop. These are the useless files. Excess of temporary files can slow down your computer.

You are mistaking temps for temp files, what I was giving was temperatures of my computer, and I'm wondering what is the highest temp that my gpu can take without it burning or having substansial damage.
