try Motherboard Monitor 5. And you can also get one off of Nvidia's Website. Its called NTune.

Not Sandra but Everest. The link is up there in TRDCorolla's reply.
I would not touch MBM5 as it affects your fan speeds and can cause the cpu fan to slow down or stop with out warning.

Sandra's also got temp. capability for motherboard and CPU too but with tons other information regarding your system as well.
