hi guys.. i saw my friend's desktop and he has two taskbars.. how did he do that?

a side bar
if you download skins using windowblinds then you can configure some of them to have a side bar, kind of like a shortcut bar

Right click on the taskbar, click on unlock the taskbar. Now you should have a double arrow when you move it over the edge of taskbar . Single mouse click and pull the bar up. Now you will have two bars. Lock the task bar and away you go.

but my friend has one on the highest part of the desktop and the other one is on the lowest part of the desktop...
