Default Task Manager Problems

I am not sure what happened but for some reason I can't get my task manager to come up. When I right click on the task bar and select task manager nothing happens and if I press ctrl, alt, and delete nothing happens then either. Anyone have any idea what happened?

There is a possibilty you have some sort of malware on your computer.
