Default System Restore Problems

I'm having trouble with System Restore. Whenever that popup window comes up, telling you if the Restore was successful or not, it says the System Restore was Incomplete, or something like that. And yes, the System Restore is turned on.

And another question. I recently did a Virus Scan, and a virus was found in 'System Volume Info', and I deleted that Virus. And I'm wondering, would that Virus I deleted also delete something form the 'System Volume Info', affecting my System Restore?

Have you not got your XP disk? Save everything you want to disk, then wipe it. Would be much more healthyer seeming System Restore is useless!

Well the answers right there mate, system volume info is part of system restore, so thats why it wont work. Looks like you will have to do what steff suggested.
