When i boot computer system resources is 70%,when i connect to my home page,system resources drops to 43%.i have closed most startup
programs from loading.my operating system is win 98se.could my isp
use up that much of the system resources?i run spybot and found spyware and removed them.the reason i'm asking is i noteced when i brouse the connections are really slow.
any suggestions appreciated,edward
