System partition not on boot drive

This is what my disk management looks like, what are the consequences of not having my system partition on my SSD boot drive, and how can I fix this?

Please explain what you mean,
you have created multiple partions and don't really know what you have done it looks like you are duo booting it looks confusing to say the least but if i get what you mean we can help you please provide as much information as possible many thanks

I installed my SSD, and when I installed windows I left my harddrive plugged in, I used an ISO file to install windows on my SSD and set it as my boot drive. I have a 100 MB partition called "system", which I thought was supposed to be on the boot drive, but it is on my HDD storage drive.
