System Monitoring

I noticed that alot of you have system temp monitoring software on your desktop, is that a property of your MOBO and CPU and HD or whatever, or can anyone do that and its built in to almost all of the CPU's/MOBO/ whatever and if so what program do you use to monitor it?

You can get a program called Everest to monitor your temps. There is also another one called Sandra that some people have used.

I use the one that came with my Asus motherboard called Asus Probe, it monitors the temps and cpu and memory usage...etc..
