Default Which system do I buy?

I get funding for a new system and have two very good offers. Which system should I buy? opinions are appreciated!

umm personally i'd choose the 1st one hands down by far

yh first one as the second doesnt seem to be a proper c2d maybe a dual core which many people get caught out on
