System Back up with corrucpted data blocks!

well i made a thread before about a virus killing my computer and i need some more help about this kinda thing. wellnot ecactly because i called dell and i talked to them for a while and now iam getting a newhard drive from them. but i need to back up my data on the hard drive that i own now. because it has a few corrupted blocks on it. and i outta the 160gb hard drive that it is, i have used around 59gb which leaves 101gb free. and i need to back it up some how or do something. maby even take it to the local computer store.

Burn to DVD or store the files on an external drive. You could also network the computer with another one to transfer the files for temporary storage, or you could physically slave the drive in another computer to copy your files from it.

first off i cant access my cd burner, second, i cant network my computer with the working one. my parents wont make me slave th drive in there computer. any other alternatives?
