Default Symantec Service Framework

I keep receiving the pop-up "Symantec Service Framework has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

What the heck is this? I click Don't Send (as in the error report) but it keeps popping back up. Same thing if I click the Send Error Report.

What do I do?

No, afraid not. It simply says, "Symantec Service Framework encountered a problem and needed to close."

And it pops up every minute. I don't even know what Symantec Service Framework is.

IIRC, that comes with norton anti-virus and shit. If you want to turn that service off just go Start>Run>services.msc and look for Symantec Services. You could also turn off the error reporting service too, not like you use it anyways it seems.
