when i press the power button on the front of my dell dimension 9100, it all turns on, but with a super high pitched noise coming from somewhere on the mobo. I was going to put in a fan controller,and layed it on the floor. i plugged only the power cord in, and turned it on, and now its just a super loud beep. no video or other sound is going on with all the right cords attached. any suggestions?
