We have 5 Hewlett packard EPC machines in the school library. They are running win 2k and office 2k and some print credit clients and scanner software. The problem is that every couple of weeks one will blue screen with "innaccessable boot device, Check your disk for viruses"
Its the same error every time.
They seem to run fine up to this point of failure. We did suspect hdd failure with the first couple. now i think i must of reimaged all at some point, some even a couple of times.
I have run scandisk on drives, no bad sectors, so re-image, and then they are nornmally fine for a month or 2.
Not sure whats going on with them.
Can any one shed some light.
