Getting a new system and would appreciate some help. I'll be doing 3D rendering projects in Blender, but not really heavy duty cycling, just one-at-a-time 3D objects, motion tracking, and greenscreening with video. Here's the specs: 1TB hard drive, 7200 rpm, 4GB RAM, Nvidia Geforce 7200 with OpenGL 4.4, Windows 10. Think this will be sufficient? I've heard a lot about how 6 or 8 GB RAM is preferable, but isn't that mostly for designing more complex gaming 3D? But if I'm wrong, let me know.

If your doing video work then the more the better in a nutshell. Huge hard drive and NAS, high memory graphics card and lots and lots of RAM. Otherwise everything crawls to a standstill especially on IBM clone machines. probably a bit late now but to be honest you would have been better off with an Apple Macintosh although I am in no way a fan of those (or anything Apple for that matter) because of the price.
